The number of servings in a recipe is not always obvious. Can this information please be added?
Thanks for the feedback. We will work on clarifying that!
Thanks! I just started the program today and I am still exploring everything. The recipes look amazing, but it certainly would be helpful to list the serving sizes!
I use to hate cooking and thanks to Tana, I have improved this important skill and I am actually enjoying cooking because it actually tastes god AND it is good for you!!!
My cooking use to be so boring and dull because I refused to use unhealthy items to make a perfectly healthy meal taste better Thank You Tana your recipes are delicious you are my hero
I just visited Nourish My Brain, Tana’s Recipes, and I could not get any recipes to print. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
I had to logout of BrainFitforLife.com AND CLOSE MY BROWSER (Firefox) to find all the “Print” Dialog Boxes where I was supposed to click the “print” function. After I found them, I clicked “print” and got the recipes I wanted. Apologies for taking your time on this matter.
Thank you, radiantrachel
There are recipes here on our sight, and you can create your own meal plan from them. Additional meal planning resources can be found on Tana Amen’s website: http://tanaamen.com/recipes/ Just click on the icon in the upper right hand corner that looks like a calendar, and you can create your own meal plan. 🙂
Hi Zoe, I am new on the site since 2 weeks and still doesn’t do the reciept. I don’t feel like cooking, However, what I eat is healthy. I don’t eat gluten and dairy product anymore. I have many sensitivity to food so I cannot follow Tana receipt. What should I do. My problem is that I miss somme nutriment. Mostly calcium which I take in supplemement (very good one with D, mg and K2). I also had Grave desease 10 years ago but it is over since 2010. I eat organics mostly and grass fedmeat and chicken. So It is not so bas but my sensitivity testing( igG) has 3 pages 8 by 11 1/2 sheet so It is very difficult. Cacao, eggs(white high and yellow: medium sensitivity) etc… not obvious for me to not miss nutriment
Hello- Thanks for reaching out! Sounds like a very challenging situation. It’s great that you are already focused on high quality, organic foods. Try to eat a wide variety of organic vegetables (especially dark leafy greens), and low sugar fruits (especially blueberries) in addition to your proteins and fats for nutrient density at every meal. In addition to your high quality, food-based, multivitamin, you might also consider adding a probiotic (ProBrainBiotic), and digestive enzyme complex to your meals for maximum absorption of the nutrients you are able to consume.
While the short term goal is to minimize inflammation and negative food reactions, the long term goal would be to get your body to a point where it could potentially handle small amounts of a wider variety of foods. This should be done with professional guidance if possible. Please consider making an integrative medicine or nutrition appointment for more personal guidance and support. Best! -Zoe
I know that I have to diminish Babanas but I love it. Someday I cannot control to eat some…3 to 4…I don’t eat grain so maybe I am low in carbohydrate
The thing is that most people here never did a IgG testing… So, when you don’t know and keep eating what create inflammation in your body I guess that it is not optimal for them
I already that digestive enzymes(Genestra) and probiotics (50 billiard). I think that I should retest for my food sensitivity also because I did it last year,..But for the dairy product and gluten it’s over for sure… Casein igG was 160 U
Thanks for your fast answer
