I am wondering what the proper diet is for someone with gall stones. At 75 I have been given a clean bill of  physical health in every area except I have a few small gall stones. Of course I have not had my brain scanned and there is room for improvement in that area. That is why I am using this website. I am endeavoring to be a brain warrior.

Following the Omni Nutrition protocol offered here on the site offers a high quality, whole foods approach to brain and body health. For gallstones, as for good health in general, you want to avoid fried and fatty foods, and increase movement of your system with high fiber, high water rich vegetables and low sugar, high Vitamin C rich fruits. Make sure you are drinking plenty of filtered water, and avoiding sugar and processed foods of all kinds. Exercise such as brisk walking also helps to keep the system in balance. Reducing and managing stress is also an important avenue to explore. As with all health concerns, it is a balance of multiple factors that affect us, but this site offers many starting points to help. Best to you!

I had gallstones years ago and got rid of them with a cleanse consisting of Epsom salts, olive oil, grapefruit and lemon juice on water as a chaser it takes only 24 hours and you repeat it until you have no more stones.  I was guides by a medical doctor that had practiced alternative medicine for 25 years. The treatment was successful.

I am happy to hear this and will try it. I am also going to drink apple juice with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
These small stones were found during an ultrasound for something else. They are not causing me problems, but I don’t want more of them.

Could you please tell me what kind of test you had to make sure they were gone.
