Hi, I took the webneuro test in an internet cafe to use a mouse (i dont use a mouse on my computer) and when I finished, it all dissapeared, nothing seemed to be registered, should I take it again? would it work the same if I already took it? Besides that I have another question, I understood I would be given suggestions on how to ballance the substances in my body that are out of ballance based on the “know my numbers” section, how is that done? Thank you,

Hi Bettita! Yes, I would take it again. Sorry that happened to you! When you take that test, the website becomes more personalized to how your individual brain works, so suggestions can be made based on your brain type. And when you get your labs done to be able to enter in all the information in “Know Your Numbers”, there will be suggestions given on that page for what to do to better your health based on the information you input.

I did the webneuro test this morning and I have received & downloaded my results, however on my dashboard page it asks me to do it again (and it also appears there are no results recorded). Does this mean I have to do it again?
