i cleaned my pantry out. I went to get all organic food . I ‘ve been eating every two or three hours sometimes just almond or coconut milk with some pea protein powder, cocoa and chia seeds. I really like the flax seed crackers. I’ve struggled with a caffeine addiction on and off most of my life. If I quit it’s just a struggle. I think about how bad I am all day when I drink it . I know it’s not good for me , and I’m headed down the wrong road toward more health problems. I haven’t craved it in a week . I don’t even want any caffeine now. Every time I have a slight temptation to eat unhealthy, , I have second thoughts and don’t want to go down the wrong road like in the hypnosis videos. I look at my one page miracle every morning and it reminds me of my goals. I’m looking forward to trying Tana ‘s recipes.. They all look So good . I’ve always wanted to learn to cook good and to make it healthy as well. Now I have the opportunity thanks to Tana. She is so creative. My son is engaged and I do want to cook healthy and tasty for my future grandchildren. I have just figured out how to get the brain games to work thanks to youtr team and am going to do them. I want to do everything at once because it’s so exciting to be on the right road finally. Looking forward to the brain warriors class on Wednesdsy. Thank you very much .
