Breakfast

I ate organic gluten  free oatmeal , organic blackberries, and organic whole milk yogurt for breakfast this morning.  I felt a high afterwards and felt calmer. I think I need to eat at least for breakfast high quality carbohydrates. I have an overactive brain and impulsive so tendencies. I take neurovite and brain probiotics. I’ m thinking of trying serotonin  mood support and stopping tranzodone 50 mg. I’m sure my doctor wouldn’t mind and I ‘ll tell him. Is it okay to have whole milk yogurt or would it be better to eat a less fat yogurt? . The rest of the day I eat goats yogurt but can!t stand it in my oatmeal. Is serotonin mood support as potent as 50mg of tranzodone?
Just want to say,  since I’ve been following the Omni diet I’m eating mort than ever. I’ve never ate much in my 58 years struggled with obesity in my 20s. I have lost two lbs this week, I want to lose 10 more. I just have to stop lifting my elbow too much to eat. Thank all of you for your help
