How much is too much

How much is too much protein? My son wants eggs everyday. I wouldn’t mind eating eggs everyday either. But how much is too much. On average how much protein in general is too much??

If you are not allergic to eggs, I think having them ever day is fine, as they also have good doses of fat.

Eggs are a great breakfast, snack, or even dinner sometimes in my house. Make sure you are eating organic eggs, as the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids is much better and healthier to have on a daily basis. The amount of protein you need depends on many factors but a general rule is about your palm size serving 3x/day with a small amount at snacks in between. I always encourage folks to eat their vegetables first on their plate, and then you will have a more intuitive sense of how much protein you need at a meal but the palm size is an easy reference for most people.
