Where do I start?

So much is out of whack in my body I don’t know where to begin!!  Help!

Hi NannBe! It can be a bit overwhelming, indeed. I would begin by watching the “How to Use Brain Fit Life” video on your Dashboard page. Then perhaps explore your goals with “One Page Miracle” to have a clear sense of the big picture of the changes you want for yourself, which can help to keep motivation high.

In terms of specific shifts to make first, my advice would be to start where you feel the most natural motivation. If you are motivated to move more, start walking a little bit each day. If you are excited about making healthier food choices, start using the guidelines for nutrition. In other words, find your own domino to tip that will begin to have an effect on other aspects of your health and wellness. The One Page Miracle or Journal aspect of this site can help to guide this effort, and keep you on track.
