One of my barriers to eating healthy is my dishes… or I mean my dirty dishes.  Having a brain-healthy diet is part of my One Page Miracle so I really, really WANT this.  However, when I see dirty dishes piled up in my sink I lose my motivation and I head out to a restaurant.  For me having a clean kitchen equates to good brain health.  Therefore having a clean and organized kitchen is also part of my One Page Miracle.

This makes sense. I love how you are learning what you need to do to get truly healthy. Think of doing the dishes as brain healthy exercise!!!
