    I find myself a very aggravated because I I'm living with a hoarder and I am trying to get organized and my house and my business period I just don't know where to start sometimes. Thanks for your program to help me to relax but do you have anything that deals with organizing time with somebody that owns a business and is a female he has to clean the house too thanks.

    The program is very slow and now uploading images or running the test. It is expensive for a program that doesnt work

    Fruatrating. Unable to play games though the few demos I've tried work fine. This is occurring on cell & laptop. Got cut off right at the end of Web neuro test;, not wanting to retake as it could happen again. It is not a short test.

      I have had similar issue twice and no it is very time consuming!!! Hopefully technical issues will be resolved

    Hi! First, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! Have you tried the elimination diet that Dr Amen and Tana recommend? I would be suspicious that gluten and/or toxins may be adversely affecting you. Tana's book, The OMNI Diet, has a wealth of information that might be helpful to you. Also, The Grain Brain, by Dr David Perlmutter is also an awesome resource. I commend your commitment to being your best for yourself and for your family. Happy journey!

    Hello! I'm new here. I'm 46 years young and have struggled with extreme fatigue and low energy for years. I was active duty Air Force, therefore, in the military healthcare system- many pros and cons... I have been diagnosed/misdiagnosed many times, sleep apnea, depression, bipolar disorder, now ADD. I recently was prescribed adderall 20mg. It feels like an amazing answer to many prayers, but now I can't sleep and I read and see many concerning reviews about it, I have completely cut alcohol and coffee from my diet. I eat very little sugar or processed food. I am working the Daniel Plan and have lost a little weight, already. I was in car accident and stopped exercising, but I plan, with my increased energy, to start running daily again. I also ordered brain & focus, but I'm not sure if I should take them together or what. I'm also taking 10 mg of celexa. I can't believe my doctor actually approved all of the brain fit blood work, but I should have those numbers in a couple of weeks... I'm so excited to learn about Dr Amen's clinics. I have so much hope! I would love to get a brain spect, can o do that from here (Tampa)? Any tips, advice, etc I can find I'm eager to learn. My biggest concern is making the best choices for long-term health, not quick fixes that may ultimately hurt me. There's so much out there about adderall it makes me a bit nervous. My faith is my biggest priority and caring for myself and my family. I completely changed my career last year to better align withy strengths and it's been amazing. I was a military financial analyst. Now I run a program teaching leadership and social and emotional learning to high school students. I am committed to being the best me I can be so I can pass on to my kids and my students the importance of self care to be able to best serve your sphere of influence. Thank you for the opportunity to learn more to improve my mental health. The struggle is real and the journey has been long. So much has been overcome, but there's still more to go.

      I'm impressed by the lady who is teaching high school students emotional and psychological understanding and the importance of self care. You are right we have to be the example to our children and our students.
