Better Together

Knowing my numbers

My brain type has alternated from 1-8. Initially I was feeling so much better with supplements.
I struggle with constant brain fog and organization.
i have always had insomnia and do not sleep without medication.
I have always blamed my brain issue on poor sleep and now realize that this is such a double edge sword!!
Recently started exercising regularly and started tai chi and yoga and am loving the calming of my busy mind!!
Last brain assessment puts me at a 1 and my question is for this brain type, do stimulants work better?

Type 1 does best with the basic supplements — multiple vitamin, omega 3 fatty acids, and brain boost.  We usually do not recommend stimulants or stimulating supplements for Type 1.  Going from Type 8 to Type 1 is really great.

I had a brain scan and found it to be enormously helpful.  I had struggled with insomnia for years because I had Candida and the doctors mis-diagnosed it.  Candida creates insomnia because it is neurostimulating.  I had the brain scan because I was afraid my brain had been injured.  I learned so much, and have found it to be wonderfully helpful.

The cost depends on what we do, but a full evaluation is $3,950, which involves 2 SPECT scans, detailed history, other testing, and a meeting with one of our physicians, and the first follow up visit.  There are less expensive options too.
